Grabarics Építőipari Kft. implements a considerable series of developments in its concrete plant at Heves. In the course of the project started about one and a half year ago, Grabarics, known as an important actor of the Hungarian building industry, has expanded its capacities by a series of projects for nearly 470 million HUF and developed the IT background of the manufacturing basis. The company pointed out earlier: after the development they will be capable of manufacturing twenty thousand cubic meter RC products in the Heves plant and processing ten thousand tons of reinforced concrete each year.

The company progressed with big steps by its latest investments, through which it laid the foundation of the current project. Recently, they installed a rebar manufacturing line for delivering the steel required to the construction of monolithic structures on Grabarics projects in addition to their other orders. Besides, they have put into operation four tilting tables and stair templates as well.

They already prepare for new developments

The new phase of investment can start now and, according to information from the public procurement gazette, will be implemented by Weinberg ’93 Építő Kft. of Sárospatak. Under this project, a craned open-air storage facility with 1000 square meter concrete pavement and 2000 square meter compressed crushed stone foundation will be completed on the western part of the concrete element factory.

Simultaneously, social and sanitary facilities for an office building will also be completed along with the electrical upgrading of the production hall. In a later phase of the project new equipment will be installed and the system will be used for their operation.

Besides the investment launched now, further development projects have been planned: the expansion of the RC product portfolio of the plant has also been envisaged.
