We started the construction of luxury family hotel at the south shore of Lake Balaton
The hotel covering a floor space over 15,000 m2 is part of the largest real estate development of Balaton. The family hotel named BalaLand Hotel¬¬¬***** will be constructed by the Grabarics Construction Ltd with a budget of 8.5 billion HUF.
The hotel located in the Móricz Zsigmond Street will have four stories in addition to the cellar level and the ground floor, and it will be constructed at an area of 15 660 m2.
The design of the hotel includes high roof and a façade made in the Caribbean style. The cellar level extending over an area over 4100 m2 will house the mechanical equipment, the garage space and the service parts, while the ground floor covering a floor space of nearly 3500 m2 will contain the lobby, a restaurant, bar and the hallway.
The floors I, II, and III will have an area of 2380 m2, and will containthe hotel rooms. Floor IV covering an area of 1000 m2 will accommodatethe fitness and wellness part, as well as the mechanical services.
Theresponsibilities of the contractor Grabarics Construction Ltd includethe earthwork and the deep foundation, as well as the erection ofreinforced concrete structure and the special building engineeringworks.
At the same time, the contractor performs works of thespecial craft and finishing works (waterproofing, thermal and soundinsulation, carpentry, roof covering, sheet covering and façadeformation, stone cladding, application of paint coatings, external andinternal doors and windows, metalworking structures and glass walls).
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
- For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.

- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
