The Austrian companies are well-known for their high quality requirements; therefore we are especially proud of this work.

The store with a general layout area of 1500 m2 is constructed in District XX of Budapest on the assignment of Hofer Magyarország Ingatlan Kft (Hofer Hungary Real Property Ltd.) within a period of some 3 (three) months. In front of the store constructed with simple, clear-cut architectural elements a parking lot will be constructed for 87 pieces of cars and a bicycle store for 12 bikes, as well.

  • The comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Buda Order of Mercy Hospital was successfully completed in February 2026. The general contractor for the project was Grabarics Építőipari Kft., which, throughout the entire construction process, demonstrated outstanding professional expertise in harmonizing modern healthcare infrastructure with the historic surroundings.
  • The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
  • Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
