Topping out ceremony of one of Europe's most sophisticated telecommunication metering complexes
On April 27 of 2022, the topping bouquet was placed atop the new HQ building of the National Media and Info-communications Authority (NMIA) built in Visegrádi Street of Budapest. The construction work had been started by Grabarics Ltd. in May 2020.

The existing NMIA HQ which occupies, at present, 7,500 sq.m. in VisegrádiStreet shall be expanded to nearly 15,000 sq.m. The new building will comprise a 105-bay indoor garage, store rooms and engineering facilities in three underground levels. Dr. András Koltay, president of NMIA, told: "Today, we celebrate the completion of a complex facility expected to play an outstanding role in both the professional and scientific community and in everyday life." Gábor Grabarics, managing director of Grabarics Ltd., emphasized that: "We build an extremely imposing complex which features amazing technical solutions. We install a multitude of startling and compound technologies whose application requires a brilliant and gifted team to achieve great results."

  • Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
  • Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.

  • Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
