As continuation of the Shop in Shop concept introduced last year, our company has gained the contract for the execution of the conversion works of the second TESCO hypermarket within one year.
As continuation of the Shop in Shop concept introduced last year, our company has gained the contract for the execution of the conversion works of the second TESCO hypermarket within one year.
Following the Veszprém TESCO project completed in autumn 2016, now we shall perform the construction, mechanical and electrical installation works of the Eger hypermarket in Rákóczi street, Eger, in relation with the General Contractor’s works required to the development of Destination Store - Shop in Shop facilities.
The envisaged internal reconstruction concerns the ground floor areas representing a total area of 12 000 sq.m. In the course of the envisaged internal reconstruction a unit of gross 1600 sq.m will be separated from the current sales area of the TESCO hypermarket as a new shop for leasing, furthermore, another new shop of 830 sq.m also for leasing will be developed opposite to the entrance zone by utilizing the areas of the existing sales area, leased shops and service areas of TESCO.
Due to its reconstruction the hypermarket will gain not only a more aesthetic outer and inner appearance but will be able to offer more convenience as well as wider product and service assortment to the buyers.

The general contractor for the project was Grabarics Építőipari Kft., which, throughout the entire construction process, demonstrated outstanding professional expertise in harmonizing modern healthcare infrastructure with the historic surroundings.
- The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
