The Vadvirag Selfness **** Hotel has been welcoming guests since 01 July 2016

This has come true. Our company reconstructed and renovated the Selfness Hotel**** Vadvirág, which was opened on 1 July 2016 to the great joy of the visitors. The building of the hotel was implemented in a number of states on a plot having the an area of 3500 m2. With 11 rooms and a staff consisting of 17 people, the hotel offers wellness services, infra sauna, dry salt room, Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi bath tubs and immersion bath to the guest.

This is how our company, Grabarics Kft. has been chosen as one of the enterprises with the steadiest financial standing.
- The comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Buda Order of Mercy Hospital was successfully completed in February 2026. The general contractor for the project was Grabarics Építőipari Kft., which, throughout the entire construction process, demonstrated outstanding professional expertise in harmonizing modern healthcare infrastructure with the historic surroundings.
- The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
