The erection of the 5 buildings of the project is in progress using prefabricated units (Camshaft, Steering, social building, test facility and gate building), and the works were started to provide cover for the building and to assemble the fluted sheets.

The construction works are made in parallel. The temporary facilities will be relocated soon, so giving space to the further works associated with the construction of road, garden and lake. The special trade installations will be started in the autumn upon completing the roofs of the buildings.

- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
