The positive feedback is important
The Hubay Garden residential estate with 60 apartments was completed early in 2021 at the centre of Rákospalota. The apartment building was implemented as part of a project financed by the Grabarics Development Ltd.
For the construction we followed the requirements of high standard implementation. We are proud that this is also reflected by the opinion of the tenants, because making the customers satisfied is a very important factor in case of real estate providing living quarters.
“We started to plan to buy an apartment in the spring of 2020. We had limited ideas and experience in this field, so we started to browse the internet. We found you soon, because your web site is aesthetic, well understandable and the provided information and offers are clear. We liked the venue and the designs of the new house, therefore we selected you after a short contemplation. Mr Karacs provided good advices regarding the sanitary fixtures too. Surprisingly, the apartment was ready by the stated deadline and we could take over the apartment early in January. We have very good experiences with Grabarics Ltd, and we dream of buying the still available adjacent apartment too if we just could afford it (we have some lottery tickets). - Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
- For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.
- The Infinity Budapest Hotel was featured in issue 2025/6 of OCTOGON magazine. The article describes the architectural concept, spatial organization, and detailed solutions of the building.
- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
