The construction included a full renovation of the existing obsolete building, which was provided with a new facade, and its internal design was also tidied up according to the need of the organisations planning to move in.

The area of the offices is 3650 m2 out of the total seven and a half thousand square metres of the plot, in which 169 rooms were established, and 661 m2 could be used for document filing purposes by the institutions occupying the offices. A parking lot was also established within the area for 116 cars, and a green area exceeding the area of two and a half square metres was also created. As a result of the development of the green area of the project the area became richer by 38 new trees and 2091 shrubs. 

  • Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.

A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.

  • Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
