The Infinity Resort is now at an important milestone
Located along the Lechner Ödön Lane within the Danube embankment section of Budapest undergoing a substantial modernization now, the Infinity Resort, a residential building having a medley function, has reached a significant stage of engineering readiness as its floor slab above storey 8 was completed.
This 11-storey tall building has as unique structure, it allows a view to the Danube and to the landscape of the city, and it accommodates a number of functions, including apartments, hotel rooms, fitness and wellness areas, as well as a restaurant and a café, while there is a skybar at the 12th storey. The investor of the project is the Grabarics Construction Ltd.

- The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
