We have started the demolition of the Horthy villa build in the 1920-s, later Panorama Holiday Resort, and its service facilities.

The property of 54755 m² used to serve earlier as holiday centre and camping place. The property is situated directly on the shore of the lake, in the golden age of Balaton tourism, during the Kádár regime, even 200 tents and 100 caravans found place in its area.
