In the framework of the investment amounting to thirty billion, two production halls, one test building, one welfare building and a porter’s lodge and guardhouse will be constructed. On the huge construction site lots of facilities are being implemented simultaneously in order to complete the new project in due time. On the rapidly changing terrain the prefab RC structure of the Camshaft hall designed for manufacturing steering gears is already being erected.

- The comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Buda Order of Mercy Hospital was successfully completed in February 2026. The general contractor for the project was Grabarics Építőipari Kft., which, throughout the entire construction process, demonstrated outstanding professional expertise in harmonizing modern healthcare infrastructure with the historic surroundings.
- The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
