The dwelling house is being constructed on an area of 5111 m2 confined by Teve street, Petneházy street and Frangepán street. In the framework of the project 328 apartments, parking lots and storages of various sizes on 3 levels in the underground garage as well as stores will be established in two phases.
The technical delivery/acceptance process of the 150 apartments in the C-D tower under construction now in the second phase will begin in November 2016.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.

- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
