The construction of Stage V of the housing estate Sasad Liget has been started
Stage V of this real estate development project will be implemented on the plot situated at Pálinkás Antal street, 7 Nagyszeben Road, and 5 Maléter Pál Road. The development includes the construction of 217 apartments in 4 blocks of buildings.

Our contribution includes the full implementation of store rooms, miscellaneous rooms, 4 lifts, as well as the underground garage belonging to the buildings, the retaining walls along the driveway, the transformer station, including the external pavements and green surfaces, sidewalks and passages.
The first two stages of the Sasad Liget housing estate project were completed about 10 years ago, which were constructed by another contractor under the leadership of the investor Biggeorge Holding. At that time the further stages could not be constructed because of the contemporary economic conditions and the bankruptcy of the contractor. Negotiation were initiated about that time with the Grabarics Construction Ltd with regard resuming the project, but the construction was started again only in 2016 after updating the designs and the implementation prices.
The magnitude of the project is well indicated by the number of apartments to be constructed, especially when the car stands and storage areas are considered that belong to each apartment at the basement. Regarding Stage III the engineering acceptance process will be started in December 2017. The coverings are being installed know in this collection of buildings arranged in an arched layout, where 212 apartments will be established altogether. By September 2018 the tenants will be able to take over the 297 apartments of Stage IV, which are established in blocks of building having staggered facade and featuring towers.
The construction of Stage V, as well as the selling process of apartments of Stage VI have been started. About 1000 apartments will be included in the four groups of buildings being constructed now and in the near future. The apartments belonging to Stage 1 and 2 completed 10 years ago have been occupied for a long time now.

- The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
