The construction of an 82-unit apartment house in IX has started

We commenced the construction of an 82-unit apartment house in district IX Budapest under Tűzoltó Street 49-53. 7 apartments will be developed on the ground floor of the dwelling house to be built on an area of 836 sq.m, 14 each on floors 1 to 3, 13 on the fourth floor, 11 on the fifth floor and 8 apartments will be arranged in the loft. Besides the usual functions – reception, lobby etc. – 2 shops will also be arranged on the ground floor. Car parking places and storage rooms will be available in the basement while the boiler plant will be installed in the loft.
