During the third week of July, they started installation of the ground floor structural elements along the side facing the Esztergom Street, by erecting the vertical reinforced concrete structures.

Beyond the structural construction work, various jobs of implementation requiring design specialty expertise were commenced, like installation of basic electric (power current and weak current) and mechanical components inside the rising concrete structures. In this phase of work, electric appliance boxes and piping embedded in concrete are about to be fixed. Grabarics, the building company delivers, just in time, the necessary batches of reinforcing rods and premixed concrete to the site using four-axle trucks and semitrailers. At the same time, any dirt falling from the vehicles is cleaned up.
