The 150th ALDI supermarket has been opened The company invested 200 billion HUF in Hungary during the past 15 years
The network development conducted by ALDI in Hungary reached a significant milestone: the 150th supermarket of the company was opened on 8 July 2021 in Pécs at the address Nyugati Ipari road út 1, which is at the same time the fourth ALDI supermarket in the central city of Baranya county.

The new supermarket in Pécs is housed in a former industrial building, which was reconstructed by ALDI while maintaining the characteristic shape of the real estate. The reconstruction of the real estates included the installation of state of art heat pump system using direct evaporation, which ensures the a cooling and heating of the building with low energy consumption. In addition to that the electrical system, as well as the external parking lot of the building was overhauled.

  • Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
  • Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
