The 120th store of ALDI Magyarország Élelmiszer Bt. in Hungary has been completed

The Hungarian affiliate of the German concern is going to open its 120th store in Budapest in the first week of April.

The building is located at the crossing of Szugló street and Kövér Lajos street in district 14. The building was erected in the early 1900s as an ice factory, then after several reconstructions it has served recently as a sports center.

The ALDI store in Szugló street creates harmony among the architectural solutions of 100 years but it is more open and offers an exclusive appearance in its current form in relation to its earlier appearance as a sports center.

The store of nearly 1000 sq.m has become a contemporary building but still mellowed by age, were it is capable of providing convenient services to the customers of the discount chain.
