After taking over the entire capacity of the reinforced concrete prefabricating facility in Heves, the plant will operate in the future under the name Grabarics VasBeton (reinforced concrete), GVB for short.

In line with the demands prevailing in Hungary, GVB started its operation in March 2017  by manufacturing prismatic element (reinforced concrete pillars, main girders, purlins, cross-girders) and roof elements (roof slabs with sandwich shells). In addition to provide services to the mother company, the plant manufactures products and assembles buildings for the Hungarian construction market.

The first prefabricating and building assembling was made under the name of GVB in may 2017. The first project of the plant included the designing, manufacturing and site erection of prefabricated reinforced concrete structure  of the industrial hall and office building having a floor area of 1700 m2 for the GE-CO Hungary Ltd in the Industrial Park of Budaörs upon the order received from the Térváz Ltd, which was a significant challenge for the GVB. The items manufactured and assembled for the project included 28 pillars, 30 different kinds of steel accessories, 16 different kinds of ledge girders, reinforcing steel connectors, tubular sleeves and other penetration fittings.

In addition to being the manufacturer and assembling party of the structure, GVB also participated extensively in the organisation of the project and by producing the conceptual design of the structure. Instead of using the traditional 2D drawings, the design reviews were facilitated by BIM based architectural views and building models, which ensured a much more efficient communication.

The German Thyssenkrupp is establishing a new automotive factory in Hungary in the town of  Debrecen for producing springs and stabilizers. The reinforced concrete structures of the factory will be manufactured, delivered and erected on site also be GVB after winning the relevant tender.
