Two phases of the Sasad Liget project had been realized so far. The 212 apartments of phase three are being constructed, an undertaking of our company as well.

Phase four of the Sasad Liget residential complex will be implemented on the territory of the former Kinizsi barracks. 299 apartments will be constructed on the site in six blocks, with public area routes between the blocks. The investor’s intention is to develop a residential parkland in which the green zone feature and an atmosphere close to nature dominate, with the nature conservation area of Sas Hill in the north.

Each two of the six blocks of buildings are connected in the basement level. The buildings have a ground floor + 3-4-5 stories, with underground garage under the terrain level. Besides places for motor vehicles, storage units as well as mechanical and electrical installations will be developed in the basement area. TÉR 64 Építész Iroda Kft. having designed phase three, as well, has designed 8-12 apartments for the general levels and 2-4 apartments for the top level. Partly open staircases will be arranged outside the buildings along with protruding compact boxes and balconies that will characterize the facades.

The facades of the buildings are similar with different colors to distinguish them. The 299 apartments to be constructed in phase four are available in sizes 28-128 m2, 90% of them have already been sold. (Source: sasadliget.hu)

  • The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
  • Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
  • Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
