It is a great honor for us to work with ALDI again!
On behalf of the store chain, we started the construction of an ALDI store in the second half of September in Orczy Street, Budapest. The new 1600 m2 store will be built by remodeling an existing building. 9 years ago, in 2011, Grabarics Építőipari Kft. received its first order for the construction of an Aldi discount store in the 22nd district of Budapest.
It is a great honor for us to work with ALDI again!

In recent years, we have been the construction partner of Aldi in the transformation and construction of a total of nine stores on an area of about 14,000 m2, of which the most outstanding in terms of the complexity of technical solutions was the construction of the 100th Hungarian store in the 5th district of Budapest, in Kossuth Lajos Street. The two largest greenfield investments were implemented in Üllő and Debrecen, in addition to which we were involved in ALDI’s “Right Out Of The Oven” program, in the framework of which we set up bakeries in 32 stores nationwide.

  • Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
  • Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
  • For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.
