Implementation of the Szigetszentmiklós Administrative Center is drawing to its end
The technical transfer/acceptance procedure is in the process. The Hungarian government had decided to have this project completed as a prominent one, supported by two government de-crees. The design and building tasks were awarded to Grabarics Constructions Ltd.
The technical transfer/acceptance procedure is in the process. The Hungarian government had decided to have this project completed as a prominent one, supported by two government de-crees. The design and building tasks were awarded to Grabarics Constructions Ltd. in the frame of an accelerated public procurement procedure.
The task includes completion of a Class "A" office building, by renewing the existing office building. The District Office of Szigetszentmiklós, the District Court and Attorney Office of Ráckeve and the Police Department of Szigetszentmiklós shall be accommodated in the 7944 m2 building which has a basement, ground floor + 2 storeys. This institute organized to accommodate several state authorities shall ensure more economic operation and a simpler administrative system for the citizens. These authorities will share a currently empty building formerly used as an office building and located beside the building presently occupied by District Office of Szigetszentmiklós. The building is located in the center of the Szigetszentmiklós District ensuring ease of approach by means of community transport.

- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
