Implementation of Phase 3 of the Sasad Liget Condominium has been started

Under the direction of one of the biggest Hungarian private real estate developers, i.e. Biggeorge Property Plc, the Biggeorge 4 Real Estate Developing Investment Fund shall start implementa-tion of Phase 3 of the Sasad Liget Condominium in District 11 of Budapest, within the premises at 8 Beregszász Street. The right to implement the project was awarded to Grabarics Construc-tions Ltd.

As general contractor, we are responsible for the first class turn-key completion, with no fault or deficiency, of the following components: 4 blocks of condominium houses each comprising a basement, ground floor + 4 storeys, including 212 apartments, rooms for storage and other purposes, deep garages and their driveways' supporting walls, 4 personal lifts, the outdoor paved and green areas, sidewalks and passages.

The work area was transferred/accepted on May 31, 2016 and the estimated date of completion is September 24, 2017.

The Sasad Liget Condominium shall be built in a suburban dwelling environment, on rolling hills of Buda, lying SW of the Sas Hill, within a more than 10-hectare area bordered by three streets (Beregszász, Rodostó and Nagyszeben Street). Popularity of the Sasad Liget Condominium can be attributed to the numerous green areas within its premises, its vicinity to the natural environment and its excellent location: it can be approached by the recently inaugurated Metro Line 3, other means of community transport and car. In addition, the Condominium abounds in neighboring infrastructural facilities, like schools, banks, shopping centers, pharmacies and medical centers.

Approx. 450 apartments shall be handed over to their owners in the first two phases. The fact that all the apartments of Phase 3 and 60% of the 299 apartments comprised by Phase 4 have been sold in advance is a telltale proof of the excellent price-to-value ratio of these apartments.

The Sasad Liget Condominium project is managed by Biggeorge Property Plc., one of the leading real estate developers in Hungary. The scope of the company's activities includes implementation of dwelling, hotel and commercial projects. During the recent years, the company has accumulated abundant experience in every segment of real estate development.
