Hubay Garden, the 60-apartment housing complex developed by Grabarics Development Kft.
The apartment housing has been completed in the heart of Rákospalota. The Hubay Garden is a youthful residential park in a suburban environment for all life styles.
The alternation of exposed concrete and green surfaces offers a modern living experience, the small residential community cares for a family atmosphere, while the enclosed garden provides a safe living space for those who choose to live here. The varied and spectacular exposed concrete surfaces of the residential park – stairs, crust walls, balcony and facade elements, flower boxes – had been designed and manufactured by the Reinforced Concrete team of Grabarics in their Heves reinforced concrete prefabrication plant.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
- For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.

- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
