Halfway through the construction of the Hubay Garden residential complex in Budapest
The blocks of flats are being built as investment of Grabarics Development, implemented by Grabarics Kft. The prefabricated reinforced concrete elements are manufactured by Grabarics Vasbeton in the Heves prefabricated RC plant of the Group, and the on-site crane work is made by their own SAEZ tower cranes, which have been distributed in the country also by Grabarics Kft on an exclusive basis.
Today, a construction contractor, if they have additional competence such as pre-fabrication capacity, and can use that extensively, will be in a significantly better position in the market, their work will meet higher demands and represents a higher standard, with meeting all deadlines.

- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
