Grabarics delivered a four thousand square meter condominium in Ferencváros
The 81-apartment state-of-the-art building has central air conditioning and its own underground garage.
The apartment construction wave goes on in the capital city after the completion of the Semmelweis Residence in Tűzoltó street built by Grabarics Kft. About 90 percent of the apartments in the condominium of net 4046 square meters built in the trendy Central Ferencváros have already been sold.
As the investment project started in 2016 was finished recently, the first owners/tenants can move in the seven-floor building late in August. The Semmelweis Residence designed with an environmentally conscious approach has a landscaped courtyard and central air conditioning. Besides, an underground garage for 71 cars is also available in the basement. The major challenge for the project was construction in the densely built-in streets in downtown– said András Dávid, project manager of the construction. The senior engineer underlined the significance of organization as well as reconciliation with the utility and architectural engineering contractors in the neighborhood in the implementation phase of the project. András Dávid laid emphasis on the good collaboration with the Ferencváros municipality in the course of execution.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
- For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.

- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
