After a break of several years the Family Center Szekszárd has been completed
The Family Center Szekszárd has been delivered to the Investor. With the completion of the construction commenced in November 2016 the Shopping Park Szekszárd is ready to function according to the original plans.

Many of those who have worked at the project now do not know at all that Interspar already functioning on the site was also constructed by Grabarics Kft. in 2013. Pursuant to the original plans the two buildings would have been constructed simultaneously, nevertheless, because of the prevailing economic circumstances we had to postpone the second building.
Besides the service premises, four shops have been evolved in the new Center. Pepco, CCC and Budmil have already occupied their premises, the fourth leasing object is still under construction. A parking lot for 268 cars has been developed around the buildings.
It is a pleasure for us that, nevertheless, the investor has changed in the meantime we still were allowed to finish the execution work that we commenced nearly five years ago.

- The comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Buda Order of Mercy Hospital was successfully completed in February 2026. The general contractor for the project was Grabarics Építőipari Kft., which, throughout the entire construction process, demonstrated outstanding professional expertise in harmonizing modern healthcare infrastructure with the historic surroundings.
- The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
