In the new complex, a garage with a total of 105 spaces, warehouses and mechanical rooms will be created on three basement levels.

    an office block that includes labs and management offices,

    as well as a conference room and meeting rooms.

The explosive development of the telecommunications industry means new tasks for the authorities supervising the sector, in addition to the constant modernization of the equipment park, it has become necessary to expand the existing headquarters.

The green approach was already an important aspect during the planning: renewable energy sources and environmentally friendly solutions ensure that the new headquarters will have the least possible burden on the environment. Accordingly, there will be no gas in the building at all, it will be solved with heating heat exchanger technology, the energy consumption of which is close to that of passive houses. In order to improve the air quality, the green area will be increased by the creation of the roof garden, and the planted plants and trees will be watered with the collected rainwater.
