Hubay Garden, the 60-apartment housing complex developed by Grabarics Development Kft.
The apartment housing has been completed in the heart of Rákospalota. The Hubay Garden is a youthful residential park in a suburban environment for all life styles.
The alternation of exposed concrete and green surfaces offers a modern living experience, the small residential community cares for a family atmosphere, while the enclosed garden provides a safe living space for those who choose to live here. The varied and spectacular exposed concrete surfaces of the residential park – stairs, crust walls, balcony and facade elements, flower boxes – had been designed and manufactured by the Reinforced Concrete team of Grabarics in their Heves reinforced concrete prefabrication plant.
- The four-star Hotel Superior being built by Grabarics Kft. will soon reach its highest point. The project is under construction in district VI of the capital city at Eötvös street 12 with more than HUF 2 billion foreign capital investment. The construction works started in June 2018 and the envisaged time of completion is August 2019.
