We stand our ground as real estate developer, as well
Grabarics Development Kft. is not a newcomer in real estate development: between 2000 and 2005, yet named as Lakásinvest Ltd., we participated in the development, construction and sales of newly-built apartments.
After the lapse of several years, we re-emerged in 2018 under a new name, Grabarics Development Ltd., relying on the former management and our several decades long professional experience in building homes for the future. We are proud of the fact that the fancy look and the exceptional quality of the Hubay Garden residential community built in the center of Rákospalota and transferred to the owners in early 2021 and its ability to offer a combination of several comfort functions has winded quickly its way into the heart of the dwellers who recently moved in and considered, ever since then, the apartments their real homes.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
- For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.
- The Infinity Budapest Hotel was featured in issue 2025/6 of OCTOGON magazine. The article describes the architectural concept, spatial organization, and detailed solutions of the building.
- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
