We build a spring and stabilizer manufacturing plant in Debrecen
After Jászfényszaru we build a production basis as a greenfield project in Debrecen for Thyssenkrupp Presta Hungary Kft., where 250 workers will be employed and more than six million helical springs and stabilizers will be manufactured by high-tech for noted European automobile factories.

Thyssenkrupp Presta Hungary Kft. invited tenders earlier for the manufacturing and assembling of prefab RC structures for the spring and stabilizer manufacturing plant in Debrecen, and Grabarics Kft. has won the bidding. The manufacturing of prefab RC structures has already begun.
The symbolic cutting of the first sod was made on 12 May. We took over the construction site of the project to be completed in 14 month with an 11 billion HUF budget on a property of 100,000 sq.m on 13 June 2017 and began with the construction of the production hall and the related service facilities, parking lots and internal roads as general contractor.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
- For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.

- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
