On Lechner Ödön Avenue between Rákóczi Bridge and Petőfi Bridge, a multifunctional residential complex of nearly 14,000 m2 offering unique apartments is being built on a 1500 m2 plot of land, which has been named Infinity Budapest. The investor and developer of the project is Grabarics Construction Ltd. The building will join the Danube-front buildings in the only remaining “gappy” area of Lechner Ödön Avenue, offering a unique panoramic view of the Danube and the city. The apartments will be complemented by accommodation, a spa, wellness and fitness area, a restaurant and a café, while the top 12th floor will also house a Skybar and a rooftop pool.
