The Székesfehérvár District Office will be renewed
The building of the District Office of Székesfehérvár under Honvéd Street 8 has also been involved in the energy savings project of the Governmental Office KEHOP, and our company has won the construction contract in the framework of an open tender procedure.

The building of the District Office of Székesfehérvár under Honvéd Street 8 has also been involved in the energy savings project of the Governmental Office KEHOP, and our company has won the construction contract in the framework of an open tender procedure.

The construction works include the heat insulation of all facade doors and windows, the replacement of the facade doors and windows aimed at energy savings, the heat insulation of the flat roof and the archway roof, the execution of the mechanical and electrical works as well as the construction of a solar power plant. For the commencement of work as soon as possible, the building has been evacuated by early July 2017 and the execution can start in mid July.

  • Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.

A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.

  • Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
