The estate Hubay Garden has been completed in close vicinity to nature in Rákospalota
The building containing 60 apartments is located in District XV at the heart of Rákospalota just opposite the city hall. It was created as part of the real estate development efforts conducted by the Grabarics Development Ltd.
The hosing estate was constructed by the Grabarics Construction Ltd having the headquarters in Dunaújváros. The housing estate was established on a long narrow lot which connects the Bácska street and the Fő street. A block with attached buildings is located at each end of the lot, and further four house blocks are erected within the garden part of the lot, which are connected by a common traffic corridor. The internal blocks contain 4x10, i.e. forty apartments, while additional 11 apartments are located in the blocks along Bácska street, and 8 apartments are established in the blocks towards the Fő street. Instead of the planned 60 apartments only 59 are provided with various floor spaces and arrangements are available for the purchasers. Additionally, at the ground floor of the block towards Fő street a space is provided for the use by the local government for medical services. The product design, production, transport and assembling of the prefabricated reinforced concrete structures of Hubay Garden were prepared by the Grabarics Vasbeton, which is the prefabricating unit of Grabarics company group.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
- For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.

- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
