The construction of the theme hotel is right on schedule
A theme hotel is expected to be completed by the spring of 2022 within are area of 10 hectares at the place of the earlier mine. This will be the first premium category hotel in the touristic region of Tokaj offering lots of bedrooms.
The luxury hotel is being built jointly by the Aktuál Bau Construction and Trading Ltd and the Grabarics Construction Ltd. The appearance of the hotel will reflect the combination of the wine called the “Liquid Gold of Tokaj” with the “Eldorado” theme exhibiting a South American feeling. There is an industrial look of the environment because of the location, but it is nicely dissolved by the interior architecture exhibiting an exotic warm mode.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.

One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.

- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
