Schneider Electric wins Construction Industry Award for our Duna Smart Power Systems project
We are delighted to announce that the Judging Panel has awarded the 2025 Construction Industry Excellence Award to Schneider Electric – Duna Smart Power Systems' state-of-the-art smart factory.
Grabarics Kft. carried out the comprehensive design and general construction tasks for the project. Mérnök Mátrix Kft. prepared the construction plans, PI-HUN Kft. prepared the tender plans, while TOMLIN Kft. assisted in the preparation and implementation processes.
The investment, worth HUF 16 billion, was realized in Dunavecse and is one of Hungary's most modern, carbon-neutral, smart factories in the electrical industry.
The official announcement of the results and the presentation of the certificate will take place at the ÉVOSZ year-end general meeting on December 10, 2025. The bronze-framed copper plaque representing the award will be placed on the wall of the building in the spring of 2026.
This recognition is particularly valuable to Grabarics Építőipari Kft., as it is further proof that our work is consistently characterized by high quality, professional commitment, and an innovative approach.

This is how our company, Grabarics Kft. has been chosen as one of the enterprises with the steadiest financial standing.
- The comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Buda Order of Mercy Hospital was successfully completed in February 2026. The general contractor for the project was Grabarics Építőipari Kft., which, throughout the entire construction process, demonstrated outstanding professional expertise in harmonizing modern healthcare infrastructure with the historic surroundings.
- The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
