Phases 3 and 4 of Sasad Liget housing estate have made good progress
The Sasad Liget condominium is being constructed on a 10 ha area in the suburban residential area of district XI. In phases 3 and 4 of the project 211 and 297 apartments will be built, respectively.

  • The development of the Dreher Breweries has reached another spectacular milestone: we have reached the highest point of the buildings, which we celebrated with a topping-out ceremony in keeping with tradition.
  • Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
