New build premium apartments in heart of Pasarét from Grabarics Development Ltd
Grabarics Development’s project under preparation will be a 5-apartment condominium at 16 Kapy Street, Pasarét, Budapest, District II. The preliminary design works are currently underway.
The guiding principle of the design for the project is to create a green environment that blends in with the existing environment, based on the natural features of the area, reminiscent of the Pasarét villa landscape. The street frontage and the inner garden are delineated by a natural crossing of greenery and a variety of diverse landscaping solutions. The synergy between landscape and living environment is provided by generous green areas and spaces for active recreation.
