Inspiring Professional Day with Students Participating in Dual Training
Our partnership with the Ybl Miklós Faculty of Architecture at Óbuda University of Technology and Economics is of strategic importance. We are committed to ensuring that dual students training with us participate in meaningful, development-oriented tasks and acquire comprehensive professional knowledge.
Inspiring Professional Day with Students Participating in Dual Training

Last Friday, university students participating in dual training visited the sites of two of our ongoing projects. Currently, 13 students are involved in the work of Grabarics Kft.

Grabarics Kft. is a contracted partner in the civil engineering program at the Ybl Miklós Faculty of Architecture. The dual program has been very popular for years, and it's no surprise, as participants can expand their knowledge on real projects in a real professional environment with the support of experienced mentors.

What made this professional day special was that the on-site presentations were given by the dual students themselves, who shared their practical experiences with each other:

Hankook Dormitory project – The tour was led by Roland Romics, who presented the current construction processes.

Hankook TBR expansion – At this site, Attila Marik and Zoltán Major guided the group, providing insight into the construction work involved in the expansion of the Hankook factory.

Technical instructor Attila Duday and liaison Zsuzsanna Kovács played an important role in organizing and running the day.

After the project visits, we ended the day with a joint lunch. During lunch, in a relaxed and friendly conversation, we discussed, among other things, what motivated us to apply for a career in civil engineering and what experiences we had gained during the practical work related to dual training. The students gave positive feedback, expressing their desire to participate in similar professional days on other projects.
