Determination, will, fire and commitment
During the dual training of Grabarics Építőipari Kft., students can learn from the company's own engineers how to apply in the construction industry what they have heard at the university. That is, they can gain practical knowledge in a corporate setting.
Determination, will, fire and commitment

Candidates can experience what a well-organized work it takes for construction processes to run smoothly. They can learn about the work of engineers and foremen, and see how plans will turn into a tangible house, what an excavator looks like, and even discover from close the operation of a tower crane.

At the same time, the HR manager pointed out that the lack of experience does not hinder the development of a beautiful career in the future.

“Determination, will, fire and commitment. That’s exactly what we’re looking for in students.  We believe that the students who have this strong intrinsic motivation will be the best professionals; they do with heart and soul their best day by day to learn the trade" – Viktória Korona concluded.

In the spring of 2021, Grabarics Kft. will be waiting again for dual applicants.
