COMPLETION OF THE KAPY16 APARTMENT BUILDING IN THE HEART OF DISTRICT II.
We are pleased to announce that the KAPY16 project, implemented by Grabarics Kft. as the general contractor and developed by Grabarics Development Kft., has been successfully completed. Located in one of the most valuable green belt areas of District II, the project was completed according to schedule, and the building is now ready for its new owners to take possession.
Modern, small-scale premium condominium
The project involved the construction of an exclusive condominium with only five apartments at 16 Kapy Street. The aim of the investment was to create a building that combines contemporary architectural solutions, high technical content, and the peaceful, green residential environment characteristic of Buda.
During the construction of the building, Grabarics Kft. used the latest technologies, including a ground source heat pump system and smart home solutions. Each apartment in the condominium has its own terrace, and the penthouse units feature a private jacuzzi and exceptional panoramic views.
Quality and reliability throughout the entire construction process
The completion of KAPY16 is another important reference in Grabarics Development's portfolio of premium residential properties, which is a good example of the coordinated operation of the group's developers and contractors.
Ready for handover
With the completion of construction, the KAPY16 condominium is now fully finished, the technical handover processes have been completed, and the building is ready for use. The project has thus been officially handed over and is ready for its new residents to take possession.
- Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.
- Weinberg '93 Ltd. and GRABARICS Ltd. won the consortium tender for the expansion of Dreher Breweries in 2024. A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
- For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.
- The Infinity Budapest Hotel was featured in issue 2025/6 of OCTOGON magazine. The article describes the architectural concept, spatial organization, and detailed solutions of the building.
- Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
