By the end of February, the structure of the new complex technological building of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority will be completed
Within the Visegrádi Street site, the supporting structure of the new multifunctional technological building of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority shall soon be ready, simultaneously achieving the high-est point of the building.

The new headquarter building will have three underground and two above-the-ground levels. The green areas shall be increased by planting roof gardens. No gas duct will be built and the room temperature shall be provided by installing a special heat exchanging technology. With the completion of the new complex technological building, also the laboratory facilities (with particular regard to the EMC metering laboratory) needed to accomplish expert-level measurements required to justify the decisions to be made by the National Media and Infocommunications Authority in the field of market supervision and frequency management will be available. Establishment of this facility is justified by the changing scope and content of the functional measurement standards and the significant rate of development of the applied technological solutions.

  • Grabarics Kft. is participating as the general contractor in the Bazalt III project at ROCKWOOL’s Tapolca site, which involves the comprehensive development and renovation of the existing office, workshop, and warehouse areas. The project is scheduled for completion, with technical handover set to begin, in the third quarter of 2026.

A unique investment in the Hungarian beer industry is underway at the historic Dreher Brewery, with the aim of modernizing the brewery's technology. The first phase involves the construction of a new cellar and energy block, with the general contractor's work already well underway.
  • For Grabarics Ltd., it has always been important to contribute to Hungary’s outstanding developments through innovative solutions and high-quality construction work. One special example of this is the Balaton Park Circuit project in Balatonfőkajár, where our Concrete division had the opportunity to prove itself in a new field: the curbs for the MotoGP track have been completed.

  • Grabarics Kft. has won the tender for the implementation of Unilever Hungary's nearly €50 million investment, which will see a new factory built in Nyírbátor. The new facility will manufacture aerosol deodorants for world-renowned beauty brands, including Axe, Rexona, and Dove.
